ASGsdk

ASGsdk is the Python software development kit for ASGnexus. It exposes the full product suite through a clean, typed Python API, so that everything an analyst can do in the ASGnexus web application can also be done from a script, a notebook or a scheduled job. Customers use it to load schedules and market data from their own systems, create and run ASGnet, ASGfam, ASGsynergy and ASGcostIQ scenarios in bulk, retrieve results as pandas data frames and push them into data warehouses, business intelligence tools or downstream planning systems. Authentication, pagination, long-running job handling and versioning are taken care of by the SDK, and every call goes through the same secure ASGnexus API that the web application uses, so access rights and audit trails are preserved. The SDK ships with documentation and worked examples covering common automation patterns, such as refreshing a scenario set when a new schedule is published or generating a monthly report pack. ASGsdk is intended for data science, planning systems and IT integration teams that want to make ASGnexus part of their own pipelines rather than a stand-alone tool.
